Information Technology Technician

My role at W3 revolves around ensuring the seamless operation of an organization’s IT infrastructure. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to configuring and maintaining networks, I am dedicated to keeping technology running smoothly. I specialize in diagnosing and resolving technical problems and providing timely support to end users. I work on computers, mobile devices, networks, servers, and printers. I enjoy the challenge of resolving issues, especially the difficult ones. I also enjoy being able to constantly learn about new technologies.
